Return shipping the day it was received.
There was a shipping charge to return security cameras. The ad stated that they had flashing LED's. The red light ( on all cameras ) stayed on solid with no blinking. The ad also said they required 2 triple aaa batteries, they require 2 aa double aa batteries. I don't think I should have to pay a return shipping charge on an item that was not represented properly.

Mentor2 years agoWheat reason did you select for return? Unless you selected does not match description, you are responsible for the return shipping.
If you selected a different reason, you a not change it. You can not open another return, so don’t close the return you opened.
