Return shipping should be free shipping.
I need to return an item back to the seller but am being charged almost $10 for shipping.
The item originally had free shipping.
Why should I pay $10 shipping for someone else's mistake? item # 178414888332

When a Seller offers free shipping in a listing, the Sellers still pays for the shipping costs. They may roll their cost into the price of the item. In this listing, the Seller offers returns with the Buyer paying return shipping. If you purchased an item and the Seller sent you exactly what you purchased and the item either doesn't fit or you no longer need it, etc., the Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping.
It's only when you paid for an item and the Seller sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, would the Seller need to pay the return shipping.
