Return Shipping reimbursement.
We recently sold a pair of jeans that had a tear we were not aware of. The buyer requested a refund and mailed the return before I could offer to send a return shipping label so that they would not pay out of pocket for the return as it was our error. Could anyone offer any advice as to how I can reimburse the buyer? Consulting the eBay virtual assistant was no help.
