Return shipping refund request – Order 12-14264-51735
Hello,
I am requesting a correction regarding the return shipping charge for my order.
Order number: 12-14264-51735
Item: 2024–2026 Kia Sorento Left Driver Side Headlight OEM
Before purchasing this item, I sent the seller a photo of my vehicle’s rear connector/socket to confirm compatibility. The seller reviewed the photo and confirmed that the headlight was the correct part for my vehicle.
However, when the item arrived, it turned out to be the wrong part and not compatible with my vehicle. Because of this mistake, I had to return the item.
Since the seller confirmed compatibility before the purchase and sent an incorrect item, the return shipping cost should not be deducted from my refund.
Currently $28.55 was deducted for the return shipping label, which I believe should be covered by the seller.
I respectfully request that the $28.55 return shipping charge be refunded to me.
