Hello eBay Community,
Good evening to all both near and far. It’s Friday evening over in Central Standard Time.
I was given two conflicting return deadlines: September 2nd in my email and September 3rd in the eBay app.
Today, September 3rd, I have opened the return status in the app multiple times, but the QR code is no longer showing. On the days prior to September 3rd, the QR code was present in the app. I went to USPS today intending to complete the return, but was unable to do so without the QR code.
I messaged the seller today, and they advised me to contact eBay to request a new QR code. I am simply trying to fulfill the return and would appreciate eBay providing me with a replacement QR code so I can ship the item back.

Mentor1 month agoThat's an odd and concerning problem, if you were given two different deadlines. This is something the seller has no control over so you will have to contact ebay.
