Return shipping not accepted
Hello Iam having difficulties with a seller. I purchased a bumper and I I ordered it incorrectly. Once I saw I made the mistake I contacted the seller to state what happened. They said to go threw there returns policy. I did as they said and they provided a USPS label for the return. I packaged everything back how it was and drove to the post office. Once there I was told that the package was too big for them accept and they refused it. I messaged the seller about happened and they said they use USPS only per there returns policy. If I wanted to use another shipper , I had to pay out of pocket. I checked UPS and they want $438 and FedEx was $408 On a $250 bumper. And they shipped it it threw FedEx ground. Why provide a return label I can't use. Any other options would be helpful. Thanks againĀ
