Purchased an item that, when received was not as described. (really way off and damaged) Initiated a return. The seller has not produced a return shipping label and is telling me I have to do that and pay for it and then he'll Venmo me the cost. I do not use Venmo and this is not eBay policy. I am not able to find a way to ask eBay to step in and assist. How do I do that or how do I handle this?
