Return Shipping Labels
I recently purchased a pendant that was supposed to include a necklace. But when it arrived, the necklace was not in the package, only the pendant. I asked for a refund and the seller approved, but did not provide a shipping label. The return address is in India and shipping on my own is VERY expensive. I haven't been able to get an eBay label to come up with prices either. How do you get eBay to help with these situations or how do you get a return label if the seller won't provide it?

·3 years agoAn International seller can't provide a return shipping label.
They have to send you the money to pay for the return shipping and it's usually paid through Pay Pal.
Find out what it'll cost to ship back with tracking, then go to the case and message the seller and let them know and give your Pay Pal email.
If they don't respond or send the funds, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
