Trying to send a buyer a return shipping label ... why can't I find any options for this?

Trying to send a buyer a return shipping label ... why can't I find any options for this?

Mentor4 months agoDid the buyer open a return request? If they did then you would see a place to accept the return and provide a return label. If they just asked you to return the item have them open the official request. This will not hurt your account as long as you do not make eBay force a refund.
If you already refunded the buyer they will not be able to get a return label through eBay and you would need to do this outside of eBay.
