Return Shipping Labels
Purchased an item that had damage & wouldn't fit. Seller instructed me to return, which terms were buyer pays. I did and the system created a code for USPS & the ability to print a label. In the meantime the seller processed the refund and deducted the cost of shipping. Now I can't find access to the shipping label anywhere. If there is a way to access the label please advise how, thanks.

Mentor2 years agoOnce the seller processes the refund, the return shipping label is not available. Sellers will usually do this if they do NOT want the item returned. You should receive the full amount you paid credited to the payment method you used. If you filed a returns request through ebay, for an Item Not as Described/Damaged, the seller is responsible for return shipping if s/he wants the item back. Sellers usually issue a full refund, and then goes to the carrier and files an insurance claim for the damaged item.
