Return shipping label won't print
I had to return an item which was approved by eBay. I received an email with the shipping label to return the item but getting an error when I try to print the label. In Bright RED it indicates "They're having technical problems. Please try again later !! I've done so many times and can't get the label, therefore I can't do the return by the deadline to get a refund... Anyone else have this issue and how did you get it resolved? Thanks !!
