Return shipping label not used.
What can I do if I purchase a shipping label and then allow the customer to pick up their package so they can avoid paying for shipping and get their items quicker?
How can I get the money I paid for the eBay shipping label that is not needed?

You should be able to void the label from your seller hub.
Within the seller hub, click the shipping label tab to the left of the page & find the label you need to void. Then just select the void option & in about 10-14 days the USPS or other shipper should issue a refund to your payment method.

-First, eBay expects you to ship something to the Buyer. Once a payment is made by the Buyer you cannot change it to Local pick up. Here are some options for you.
-Ask the Buyer to message you asking to cancel the original transaction so you can Relist it with Local pick up. Then let them repurchase the item and you can share contact information to arrange the pick up.
-Leave the current transaction in place but let the Buyer know you have to ship them a small package to satisfy eBay's expectation for you to ship within your handling time. You can put a thank you note in a small box but this will cost you a couple of bucks printing the label through eBay. The Buyer's phone number is in the transaction details so you can contact them to arrange the pick up.
-You can Cancel the label your purchased on this page: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
use the drop down menu on the left and select Cancel, a pop up will let you complete the Cancellation process and your account will be credited to your account in 21 days or less.
