return shipping label loopholes

Question

I requested a return and the seller provided me with the exact same label they used to ship the item to me initially. So effectively I would be sending the return to myself. I have contacted the seller but have not heard anything back yet. How can I ask ebay to step in to help with this? The process seems correct in the return system but it does not know details of the loophole.

Update: The seller sent me a correct label in the chat but still shows the incorrect label in the return shipping details page. I feel like I'm going to get scammed on the return.
