Return shipping label issue

Question

The seller purchased an eBay return shipping label. She can’t see it or access it and neither can I. I’ve received a full refund, but need the label issue resolved so I can send it back by the 10/13 deadline. How do I get the label when no tab to print one shows up in any correspondence? I’ve tried a chat and it sends me in circles with trying the same things over and over. eBay problem to resolve or seller’s?

If the Seller already refunded you then you will not be issued a pre-paid return label. eBay views the transaction as complete and you can keep the item. Sellers should always WAIT until they receive an item back before refunding.
