Return shipping label as seller
I have a customer wanting to return some boots that didn't fit. I allow returns and full refund. however, this is the first return I've done where Ebay has not provided the buyer with a return shipping label and it isn't an option for me to chose. I have to provide a return shippping label and I've never done that before! Please advise how to make a return shippping label to send to a customer. Thank you!

Mentor2 years agoDid buyer open a Return Request through the ebay return system? If so you should see the option to send the return label or to refund without requiring a return. If buyer only ask to return, then tell them to use the Return Request option in the drop down menu next to the item.

OP2 years agoBuyer did return request through Ebay. I do offer refunds, but only after receiving returned item. The buyer claims she doesn't have a printer to print a label... I don't know what other option there is to get a return label to her other than her printing one.

Mentor2 years agoBuyer either needs to go to the library, a friend's house, or a shipping store to print the label, or buyer can select the QR code be sent to their phone to be taken to the post office to be scanned for a label.

OP2 years agoI told that information to my buyer to see if she is able to do any of that. She said this is her first time returning anything.
So is there anything I can do on my end to help her get a return shipping label?

Mentor2 years agoNo, it is up to the buyer to print or use the QR code and nothing more you can do now.
