Return shipping label access
Can some one help me why eBay has no customer service? I need to open a shipping label to return an item, and the link keeps saying “problem on our side”. I see no customer service or technical support contact and seller refuses to help.

Mentor4 months agoHave you filed a Return Request?
If so, has the seller approved the return request?
If so, go to your Purchase History, find the item, click on "view request details" and you should be able to print the return shipping label there if it is available.
