Return shipping label

Question

I am trying to send a product back to the seller. I got a confirmation email that the refund was partially refunded. Then got an email about sending it back and printing a label. There was nothing attached to the email for me to print. When I hit the button to print the label it took my to the order details. I cannot print anything from there as a shipping label because there isn’t anything there to print. I got in contact with the seller and she refunded me the entire purchase but I still have...

@lulu-6364 . Contact the seller and let them know that since a refund was issued you can no longer access the return label. The seller will not be charged for the label they issued in the case since it wasn't used. Let the seller know that if they still want the item back then they will need to send you a shipping label as a jpg image in eBay messages. They can buy a label on pirateship for the same price as eBay labels.

I need this in order to ship and get the refund fully submitted. When I try to use their automated system it is not understanding the situation and it giving me steps I have read plenty of times already that do not work for me.

When the seller refunds you before getting the item back you do not have to return the item anymore. This also makes it so the label cannot be accessed anymore.
