Return Shipping Label

Question

Ebay says I can choose my carrier. Only USPS shows up as an option which I will not use for the item I want to return.

@987croc You can buy your own return label elsewhere if you wish. You would select OTHER and enter the postal service name and tracking number. This is if YOU are responsible for return shipping. If the seller is supposed to pay then they have to provide the return label either by issuing the eBay return label or one they purchase from a third party.

Adding tracking to your return

Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process. If you use an eBay returns label, tracking details are automatically uploaded.

Here's how to add the tracking information to your return if you're using your own return shipping label:

Go to the return request in Purchase History.
Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
Enter the tracking number.
Select Mark as sent.
