Return shipping label

Hey everyone, I have an item I sold that I didn't realized was damaged. How can I send a return shipping label to the customer? Thanks

The buyer would have to file a Return Request and then you can respond by approving the return and provide the label.

All the buyer needs to do is go to their Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
