Return shipping label
Hello,
I need to issue a return label to a buyer.
does ebay dashboard provide this feature to generate return labels as well.
or it has to be purchased from a shipping carrier only and then to upload on ebay.

OP2 years agoHi, No they are located in a wholesale warehouse and dispatched from the same place.
Not DS items, Nor purchased from Amazon.
Have to be returned to MA.
I think i will be able to arrange with affiliates.

if we are opting for option of funds transfer, we have to send in their account right. Its not via partial refund ...

Mentor2 years agoYou are located in Qatar. If the buyer is not located in Qatar, find out from the buyer what it will cost to return the item, and then you send the amount to their Paypal account. I think Paypal will make the currency conversion.

Mentor2 years agoYes, that is correct - arrange with the buyer which service you both can use - zelle Venmo, PayPal, etc.
I assume you are drop shipping since your items are located in MA. Does your wholesaler accept returns from your buyers? Or do have to have the item sent to you in Qatar? (I hope you are not buying from Amazon, since that is not allowed). It might be less costly to refund the buyer in full and ask him to dispose of the item if it is damaged.

As ebay is not showing selection option of return label.

Mentor2 years agoWhat reason did the buyer use? If not not as described, eBay is charging them for the label.
If the buyer is in a different country, you can't provide a label - you would send him the $ for the shipping.
Otherwise, eBay should give you the option to purchase a label.

Mentor2 years agoAsk the buyer to open a not as described return request. eBay will then ask you to agree to them providing the label at your expense.
