return shipping item not as described abuse
How do you handle a customer who returns an item "not as described" so the seller has to pay the return shipping when in fact they just didn't like what they got.

-The first thing you do on a false not as described return is use the Report Buyer link on the sold item. This is helpful in eBay considering the removal of a defect on your account for the not as described return metric.
-Next, I see that you accept returns which is great, some Seller protections may apply depending on what you get back: Seller protections | eBay
-You might be able to deduct the Buyer's original shipping paid if you charged for it and if the item is NOT in the same condition you shipped it in you might be able to deduct up to 50% of the item price.
