Return shipping from Authenticator.
Just received a necklace back that the Authenticator said was damaged. I sent the necklace to them in a protective, satin lined keeper with snaps and space to spread the necklace out and keep the chain from knotting. When I just opened the box from the Authenticator, the necklace was in a small plastic bag that was unsecured within the satin lined keeper. Now the necklace has a knot in the chain that was NOT there prior to sending it to them (photos will verify). Is there any recourse for me to pursue the now knotted chain thru eBay?
