Return shipping for a buyer
I purchased an item and need to return. The seller said she provided a shipping label but when I go to the email and click "download label", there is nothing there. It takes me to a page that says I've been refunded. She has the tracking number but I have no way to get the label. Can anyone help?

Sellers are supposed to wait to refund after they receive the item back, so there will be no label. If the seller wants the item back and you are willing to send it, she needs to email you a prepaid label that she'll have to purchase outside of eBay.
If she doesn't know how to do this, suggest she come here to ask.
