Return shipping fees
Hello, I sold and shipped an item via UPS through PirateShip and paid $18.17 for shipping. The item was returned and eBay charged me $94.96 to return the same item to me. Support could offer me nothing more than "the system calculates the cost".
I have observed that some returns offer me the opportunity to upload my own label and others do not. What can I do to ensure that I have the opportunity to upload my own label to avoid paying eBay 5x more than necessary for the return shipment?
