return shipping fee to buyer
The buyer bought 2 shirts, he paid shipping for each. I put both in one package to ship. I owe the buyer shipping for one. Also, since I only printed one mailing label, it looks like I haven't mailed one tshirt.
How do I resolve both issues?

You'll find a Send refund option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your orders list.
You can copy/paste the tracking # from the one transaction to the other (use the edit tracking link to do this).
