return shipping cost too high
I returned 3 pair of shorts for a refund weight 2lb 8oz total, all 3 in 1 plastic bag. I paid $60.00 total. The seller wants $20.00 in return shipping cost or about $7.00 a piece for return shipping. Remember I returned all 3 in the same bag they came in by USPS. Getting eBay to help is a joke. You only get the computer run around. What should I do ?

OP3 years agoWell friends the Seller has just contacted me and happy to say he is a Gentleman. And has waved the return fees.

Did you file an Ebay Return Request?
What is the reason for the return?

OP3 years agoYes I filed a return equest. They were way too small, not ture to size at all. My question is the shipping rate right. I'm not new to eBay I've returned damaged good before but, always felt the deal ended well. Not this time.

If you filed the Return Request and stated "item didn't fit", then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Did you receive a preaddressed return label?

OP3 years agoYes the return is already in the eBay system as being returned. And shipped. I do not assume that all seller don't make mistakes. 30% return shipping cost is wrong. I contacted the seller to suggest an option to no avail.
