Return Shipping Cost
The buyer returned their order without using eBay returns.
I understood the situation and still refunded them fully for their order.
They are now leaving me negative feedback, insisting I didn't pay them for their return shipping.
There is no way for me to do that because I can only provide a full refund and nothing above that.
How do I handle this?

You can reimburse their return shipping cost using PayPal or similar online payment system.

OP9 months agoI asked for their PayPal ID, and they didn't supply that.

Did they suggest another method? You could send the buyer a check.
