return shipping charges
why is it that if a company sends an incorrect item and doesn't even have the item that is shown in the add that the buyer has to pay for the return shipping?  The seller that purposely sent the incorrect item and did not make good on what was originally purchased should have to pay for the return shipping and not the buyer that never would have ordered this item in the first place.  It's made me very leary about using ebay now.
