Return shipping charges
Just describing my experience, not really asking for help here.
Sold an item, buyer filed item not as described and wanted refund. To spite having sent photos showing dimensions to buyer before purchase, I refunded. A week or two later item is returned in mail. Today eBay deducted return shipping costs when I didn’t want item returned. Says it will do that if buyer does item not as described and “not as described “ case filed.
So I lost $30 on shipping, item not worth that. Buyer error, I paid shipping then I paid shipping again. But buyer is always right on eBay. Blocked buyer. Really disappointing ebay doing me like that.

Mentor6 months ago@redsavhab You should not have been charged for the return shipping label if the buyer has not scanned it at the post office.
I recommend reaching to customer service to ask for a refund of the shipping charges.
Social media is going to be your best option.

Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
