Return Shipping and refunds
Buyer wasn’t satisfied with what they ordered so we worked out a refund and return request, I refunded the buyers money and paid for a return shipping label and the buyer is claiming that the label is unavailable, I don’t know what to do from here and I cant find any help through ebay’s chat bot, please help

Once a Seller refunds a Buyer, that Buyer no longer has access to the return label.
If he still wants to return the item, you can send him a new label via PayPal or Pirateship. They have discounts similar to eBay.
In the meantime, if eBay issued the first return label, if the Buyer doesn't use it, you won't be charged. If you purchased the first return label, you have up to 28 days to void/cancel it to receive a refund in about 21 days.
