Return Shipping
I have a customer asking to return an item stating it wasn’t as described. They used the same photos I used to say it’s not real. I never said it was real and put sold as is, see photos. To be nice I thought I would accept the return but have them pay shipping. That option isn’t available and I can’t get in contact with eBay to help. Is there a way to fix this? It’s my first eBay return experience.

Mentor4 months agoYou will need to comply with the buyer's return request and provide a prepaid return shipping label to the buyer.
You are not allowed to sell "not real" items on Ebay.

OP4 months agoThanks. I have no idea if it’s real Nike. I got it in a Footlocker box. The Nike tag looks real, but it’s not my thing.
