Return shipping
a) If I buy a Ebay shipping label for return shipping, how does the buyer get it?
b) I sent the wrong item, which the buyer is returning. The buyer still wants the correct item. Can I send it (how) without issuing a refund?

Mentor5 months agoBuyer files a returns request, you accept. ebay sends a link to the buyer to print the shipping label. You make sure the clerk scans the label. When tracking shows you have received the package, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.
Relist the item, send the buyer the new item number. Buyer repurchases and repays. You make sure you send the correct item.
