Return shipping
I ordered an item but when it arrived it was not as advertised. I ordered a Laptop that was advertised as Backlit Keyboard and it was not. When the Seller sent me the return label it said it had to be returned via FedEx and that it will cost me $50. dollars. Should I have to pay for return shipping if it was falsely advertised?

No, you do not have to pay the return shipping. I don’t know how the seller sent you a label without paying for it.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Describe the problem in the comments.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
