Return shipping
The buyer returned an item for a refund because "doesn't fit". The return postage was USPS ground, but the buyer sent it in a Small Flat Rate Priority Mail box. USPS told me that I'm responsible for the shipping costs difference. This was an $11 item. What do I need to do?
