Return Shipping
Hello, I've sold something that stated the buyer will have to pay for return shipping. But when accepted the return request, ebay made me pay or provide a shipping label. Why so, shouldn't the customer be paying for that?

Who pays the return shipping depends on the reason that the buyer selected when they opened the return request. Your policy only applies to remorse returns - things like don’t like it, doesn’t fit, etc. If the buyer says the item does not match the description, then the seller must pay the return shipping.
