Return shipping
Hi, USPS returned the package back to me as the sender. I had already paid $50 for the shipping label. The package turned out to be too heavy — it contained books.
I wanted to ask if it’s possible to get a refund for the label and create a new one.

Mentor1 year ago@ruslan40 it's a long shot, but since u were not given the opportunity to pay for the outstanding balance, i would take it to my local post office and ask if u can make up the difference in cost

Once a shipping label has been scanned, it is not eligible for a refund.
If it had not been scanned, you can void/cancel it. The refund takes approximately 21 days.
