If sold with no returns, the buyer will not be able to open a return request using 'doesn't fit' as the reason. If you accept returns and the buyer select 'doesn't fit', then the buyer pays the return shipping and you do not have to refund the original shipping.
If the buyer opens a return with not as described, meaning the error was yours, then you pay the return shipping and must refund the original shipping.
