Return Shipping
I had to ask my buyer to make a return, because the item has been lost and I could not ship it. When making a return I also returned money for return shipping, but since we don’t need rerun shipping, could I have my money back for it?

You're not charged for return shipping unless the buyer uses the label.
If this every happens again, you should cancel the order for being out of stock to issue the refund. A buyer should only open a return if he has something to return.
As a new seller, you will be unclear on many processes. You can always post here on this board to get help before taking action to learn and avoid mistakes.
