Return Shipping
Hello,
I am pretty confused. The buyer charger me twice for shipping & stated I could return if the dresses didn’t fit. They ended up not fitting and upon return I am expected to buy two separate shipping labels even though my purchases were received in one package. What can I do about this? I haven’t been able to chat or email anyone on eBay support to check if one label will be sufficient. The labels are expensive and this overall as been a disappointment when looking at how much I have paid for shipping.

Mentor2 years ago@cicadaskinsthrift If the items are from separate listings that were combined then the eBay system requires TWO separarte returns. If you do not return the items this way you won't be able to prove to eBay that they were both returned. This is not the sellers doing this is the eBay system that doesn't have programing to handle combined shipping returns.
The seller might refund for only one item and you'd have no way to prove the other item was also returned. You can talk to customer service and they will probably say put both items in one package BUT I guarantee you that if the seller doesn't willingly refund the total you will be out the $. Agents often say what a member wants to hear so they get a good rating.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
