Return shipping
I sent the package out as the buyer and I thought I was to input the tracking number for the seller to see return, but I can not find where to put it? Please help me thank you.

·2 years agoHi @tdurranc0 If you requested return and refund through eBay's Money Back Guarantee process, you don't need to input the tracking number for the prepaid return label they sent you. The system will automatically update your case with the tracking. When it's delivered, the seller will have 3 days to refund you.
