return shipping
When ebay auto accepts a customers return request because they "changed their mind", ebay sends them a return address label. My question is who is paying for that return label? My listings all state buyer pays return shipping. I'm about to refund the buyer for the return, I can't find where I've been charged for the return label, so I'm not sure who has.
