Return sent to wrong address
My wife does not have an account. However, 2 returns have been mailed to her at our address. I have not found a way to talk to a person at Ebay. Please advise

eBay will not be able to assist with this. Some times bad sellers think that if an item is returned to a different address that they don't have to issue a refund, this is NOT true. As long tracking shows delivery a refund is automatically triggered by the system.
Names and addresses are easy to find on public records.
