Return Scam....Need Advice
I bought a brand new Sony VCR DVD Recorder at an estate sale. It was still sealed, but they opened it in front of me to verify it was damaged (since it's been sitting around for 20+ years) It was in perfect condition, had the remote and connection wires. I flipped it on Ebay for a good price, 14 days after the buyer received it I get a return request (which Ebay automatically accepts) it said: "The box was open. VCR was dusty, used with black marks on it. No remote. No cables. Not a new item in box item as described. Very unprofessional and dishonest." Now I know 100% this is not true, it was listed as open box but it was untouched. I don't want to have to refund $350 + $25 shipping to get back their old broken unit.
Any advice??
