Return scam
Hi, I recently sold an item and the listing clearly stated "no international shipping". The buyer in turn used a US address and the item was initially shipped to the US address then forwarded to Austria. I would not have sent to the United States address had I known that this was going to happen. Almost a month later the buyer is now stating that the item that I had tested working 100% before shipping is not working and worse off contacting me from Austria. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you in advance!

Buyers lose their eBay protection when they use a freight forwarder.
You are not responsible for return shipping or a refund in this case.
Be sure the buyer states in messages that he had the freight forwarder send the item to him in Austria.
Under Exclusions
- The item was collected by a third party on behalf of the buyer
