Return requested for broken item that was not broke
What do you do when someone requests a return and refund stating that they received the item broken when you know it wasn't broken and was shipped in bubble wrap?

What eBay expects from you is: accept the return, send a return label and refund when you got the item back.

·2 years agoYou send them a return shipping label (if you want it back ) and when it is returned you issue a refund,.
The condition it was in when you sent it doesn't means it arrived in that condition.
