Return Requested - color of pants
A buyer purchased two pair of khaki pants from me. They now have requested returns saying to me in a message that they were not the lighter color they prefer. In their actual return request, they stated the color pictured & described was not accurate. Both listings stated Khaki and the tag reads Khaki. The pants are Khaki. Should I still accept the returns? My listing was accurate.

Mentor3 years agoI looked at one of the sold listings. Your return policy states No Returns. That is only for buyer's remorse: changed mind, don't like it, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your n returns policy if the buyer files a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described. If so, you will accept the return. All monitors display colors differently. I would accept the returns as you can relist them once they are returned in the same condition as sent.
