Return requested by buyer
I have a buyer of a video disk, who says the disk was resurfaced. I had listed it as in excellent condition and cleaned.
I replied to them saying that I don't even know what resurfacing is, and could they explain what that means. I have not had a reply to my question.
I am wondering if this is really a legitimate claim.
