Return request was closed
I purchased an item and I never received it. I started a return request and contacted the seller but got no response. Unfortunately I started the wrong return request and it was the option to return the item I received instead of the option that I never received it and closed the return. Now I am unable to initiate a return and the seller does not respond to my messages. How can I get a refund for the item I never received?

If you are not able to open a claim that you did not receive your item then you will have to pursue a claim via PayPal or credit card depending on how you funded the purchase.
