Return request purchased the wrong
Purchased the wrong item I opened a return request for 1 of the 2 same items and they gave refund on one of the same 2 that I accidentally purchased now after I got my block back from the machine shop I realized that I made the mistake ordering the wrong head set I contacted the seller and they are willing to help me with the right gasket set the seller asked me to open up a return request but ebay virtual assistant will not let me speak to a live agent I don't want a money refund the seller said they will exchange it but I can't get through to talk to someone if anyone has been through this situation please let me know how you handled it
