Return request past 30 days
Hello; I have a return request that is almost at 60 days since item was received. My return policy is 30 days. Buyer admitted on message thru ebay that he bought the "wrong" item, it was a car filter. Apparently, when I got the message about the return, I immediately clicked more info on my phone and apparently it accepted the return. Called ebay and they said I didn't have to accept the return, BUT since I already did, there's nothing they can do, so I have to send the buyer a return label and take the return. I tried to have ebay call me again, this must be able to be reversed, I'm thinking, but cannot find the link for the "have ebay call me back". Thank you in advance for your responses...
